Using the 33D Live Platform

1Introduction

Welcome to 33D Live, an online wagering platform operating under a recognized license. This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of all services, games, and features provided through the 33D Live website and mobile app.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use 33D Live's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are not currently subject to any ban or restriction on platform use previously imposed by 33D Live.

Our platform takes underage gambling seriously. Any attempt to register using a false identity or another person's identity will result in permanent account closure and appropriate legal action.

3Registration & Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, email address, phone number, and valid payment details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. 33D Live uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all such accounts without any refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 33D Live shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Change your password regularly for better security.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

33D Live supports a variety of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including local bank transfers and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure channels protected by data encryption.

Deposit: Funds are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal: Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification before processing. This is a standard procedure to protect the security of your account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your membership tier.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's name.
• 33D Live reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before processing a withdrawal.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on our platform:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 33D Live reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through dishonest means or in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6Betting Rules

33D Live uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent authority to ensure fairness across all games. Results generated by the system are final and may not be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a technical failure.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game, affected bets will be voided and funds returned.

• Use of unauthorised third-party software, including automated bots.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no outstanding breaches of these terms.

9Limitation of Liability

33D Live shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

33D Live's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
